Tekno RC appreciates your business and is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If you are experiencing difficulty with any of our products, email us and we will do whatever we can to help. Returned products must be unopened and unused. We will only refund or exchange for the cost of the parts being returned and will not refund shipping. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase and be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt for a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for shipping costs on any returns. General Warranty

All parts covered by our general warranty have a 50% replacement cost if bent, broken or even worn out. The discount cannot exceed 50%, so if you already receive a discount (Team/Military), you will only see a total discount of 50% on returned parts.

See below for parts not covered by this warranty. You MUST send the part(s) back to us – pictures are not sufficient. You MUST include a completed warranty form. We will send you a coupon code via e-mail for 50% off of MSRP for the exact replacement part(s) from our website (shipping not included). Coupons are valid for 14 days from issue date. If you do not purchase a replacement within this time, the coupon offer and warranty are void. This offer is ONLY valid at www.teknorc.com.

Parts not covered by warranty:
Complete V3, V4, and vehicle kits are excluded, only individual parts are covered. Discontinued Parts: Parts that are discontinued or no longer in production are not covered by any warranty.

If any conditions or instructions above are not met, warranty will not be processed and no notice is required from us that your warranty may not be processed.

M6 Driveshaft Lifetime Warranty

Metal parts included in our M6 Driveshaft kits (TKR1951X, TKR2210X, TKR6851X, TKR6852X) are covered by our Lifetime Warranty in the event of breakage. You must send the part(s) back to us – pictures are not sufficient. You MUST include a completed warranty form and we will email you an electronic coupon code to use at our website for free direct replacement(s). Shipping not included. BENT shafts resulting from use and normal wear ARE NOT COVERED by this warranty. Only broken parts.

Hex Tool Tip Lifetime Warranty

Quality tool tips are a high priority for us. If for any reason your hex tool breaks or twists, we will provide free replacement(s). Just send in your damaged tip along with a completed warranty form and we will email you an electronic coupon code to use at our website for free direct replacement(s). Shipping not included.

The lifetime warranty covers the XT Hex Wrench Tool Tips only (TKR1104T, TKR1105T, TKR1106T, TKR1125T and TKR1126T). If you purchased any of the XT Hex Wrenches (TKR1104, TKR1105, TKR1106, TKR1125 or TKR1126) or the XT Hex Wrench Set (TKR1130) only the tool tips are covered under the lifetime warranty, not the handles (TKR1101 or TKR1102). The handles are covered under our General Warranty.

Other Warranty Possibilities

Possibly defective parts will be handled on a case-by-case basis. This would include items that are not produced accurately (i.e. missing thread, incorrect measurements, etc.). If you receive a defective part in a kit or parts order please contact us or call us at (858) 997-0833 before attempting to modify it. If the part shows any signs of being modified or used prior to contacting us then the manufacturing defect warranty will be Void. We will do our best to assist you in a timely manner and get a replacement sent out ASAP.

How Do I Submit a Claim?

You must send the warranty eligible part(s) back to us for replacement. After we receive your part(s), we will process your warranty claim and email you an electronic coupon code to use at our website.

Here is a list of what to include:

  • The part(s) in question
  • A completed warranty form. Don't forget your email. We need this to send you a coupon code!
  • Optional – any information about your setup (motor, voltage, wheels, tires, etc.)

The info you provide will help us to make our products better. As always, contact us if you have any concerns or questions.

How Long Does it Take to Receive Warranty Parts?

After we receive your part, please allow 7-10 business days to process the claim. If you are not in the US or on the east coast, please allow a couple more days for longer transit time during shipping.
