Payment:
Credit Card: 
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. If you are paying with a credit card be sure the address on your Tekno RC account is also the billing address for the card. Enter the billing address *exactly* as it appears on your credit card statement. If the billing address is incorrect, your payment could be declined. We offer the option of shipping to a different address other than the billing address. Enter your credit card # without dashes. Also be sure to input the CVV correctly (last 3 digits on the back of your card). We are looking very closely for credit card fraud. Swift action will be taken and we will notify law enforcement immediately when any fraud is detected.

For your convenience, you may use your PayPal account to make purchases from Tekno RC. After making your payment, please be sure PayPal returns you to our site for final order confirmation.

You may purchase our products by check or money order.
To obtain the correct amount for the check or money order, create an account and add all of the items to your shopping cart. Choose your preferred shipping method and proceed to payment screen.

Checks and money orders should be made payable to Tekno RC. Please allow 1-5 days for delivery after your payment clears.
Sales Tax:
Any orders shipped within California are subject to 7.75% sales tax.
There is no tax charged for orders outside of California (Sorry Californians, it's the law).

We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS shipping options.Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery depending on your location and shipping method.Shipping and handling charges are computed automatically based on the weight of the items ordered and are presented to you before final order confirmation.Orders placed before 12:00pm PST are usually shipped out that day. Orders placed after this time are usually shipped the following business day.We cannot be held responsible for any orders lost or damaged sent through USPS Priority mail.There is no tracking available for Priority Mail packages.

If you are experiencing difficulty with any of our products, email us and we will do whatever we can to help.
Products must be unopened and unused. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase and be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt for a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for shipping costs on any returns.
If a product is defective, please contact us via email or call us at 877-TKRC-USA (877-857-2872) so we can work out a solution that suits you.
We now offer a 'Lifetime Warranty' on our Adjustable Wing Mounts (TKR1009 and TKR1009TM). This does not cover all circumstances. The part must have been broken under normal driving and operating conditions. We do not cover parts that have been modified in any way (no grinding, filing, or drilling). We do not cover parts that have been broken due to other modifications on your vehicle. Gradual wearing of the part over time is not covered. However, if you provide us with a receipt and we determine that the wear is premature, it may still be covered.
You are responsible for shipping costs back to Tekno RC, we will cover the shipping back to you in the USA only. Please include your name, address, and telephone number with your return. International returns must be accompanied with $4.00 USD to cover shipping back to you. Tekno RC will have final judgement regarding all warranty issues.
